MTN Global Graduate Program for Young African Graduates in 2023
MTN, a leading telecommunications company in Africa and the Middle East, has launched its Global Graduate Program for young, energetic, and enthusiastic African graduates aged between 20 and 26 years. The program is designed to source, develop, and accelerate top graduates from across MTN’s footprint in Africa and the Middle East and fast-track them into critical roles at MTN.
The MTN Global Graduate Program combines formal development in partnership with Duke Corporate Education and the MTN Academy and on-the-job development through full employment and placement into a strategically aligned role. The formal component includes modules at MTN’s three regional learning centers in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa.
Requirements
To be eligible for the program, applicants must:
- Be African
- Between 20 and 26 years old
- Be fluent in English
- Possess a valid international passport
- Have experience in Digital Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration. Additionally, applicants must have completed their NYSC in September 2021.
Successful applicants will be placed in one of the following business focus areas:
- Account Partner (Wholesale)
- Analyst Bid (EB)
- Analyst
- Solutions Design & Integration (IT, VAS Planning)
- Engineer
- Info Security Operations (IT, InfoSec)
- Engineer
- Network Planning (Network)
- Analyst Product Development (YDFS)
- Analyst Pricing/Tariff (BI, Marketing)
- Analyst Solution Development (EB)
- Advisor
- Regulatory Affairs (Corporate Services)
- Analyst Business Assurance Operations (Finance, RAFM)
- Analyst CVM (CVM, Marketing).
