The admission process kicks off from Monday, 2nd October to Friday, 20th October 2023. During this period, interested candidates can obtain the registration form at the school’s main campus between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm daily, excluding public holidays and weekends. Ensure timely submission, as late applications won’t be considered.

Venue and Registration Fees:

Registration is exclusively conducted at the school’s main campus. The registration fees are as follows:

  • Indigenes: N14,000.00
  • Non-Indigenes: N16,000.00

This includes a processing fee of N8,000.00, Nursing and Midwifery Committee fee of N500.00, and a customized file fee of N500.00.

Admission Requirements:

To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  1. Recent color passport photographs
  2. Educational Certificate (FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB) – Original and two photocopies
  3. Birth certificate or Age Declaration
  4. Certificate of Local Government of Origin
  5. Change of name document (if applicable)

Age Limit:

Prospective students should be between 17 and 35 years old at the time of application. Birth certificate or age declaration documents will be required for age verification.

Entrance Examination:

After submitting the application, eligible candidates will undergo an entrance examination. This test aims to evaluate applicants’ knowledge and suitability for the program.
