Admission Form and Application Process:

  • Availability: The admission forms for the Basic Nursing and Midwifery programme are currently on sale.
  • Application Period: The application process runs from Monday, 2nd October, to Friday, 20th October 2023, between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm daily (excluding public holidays and weekends).
  • Deadline: Ensure your application is submitted before the specified deadline, as late applications will not be considered.

Venue and Registration:

  • Location: Registration is exclusively conducted at the school’s main campus.
  • Registration Fees:
    • Indigenes: N 14,000.00 (Including N 5,000.00 for registration, N 8,000.00 for processing, N 500.00 for Nursing and Midwifery Committee, and N 500.00 for a customized file)
    • Non-indigenes: N 16,000.00 (Including N 7,000.00 for registration, N 8,000.00 for processing, N 500.00 for Nursing and Midwifery Committee, and N 500.00 for a customized file)

Admission Requirements:

  • Documentation:
    • Recent color passport photographs
    • Educational Certificate (FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB) – Original and two photocopies
    • Birth certificate or Age Declaration
    • Certificate of Local Government of Origin
    • Change of name documents if applicable
  • Age Limit: Prospective students must be at least 17 years old and not more than 35 years old. Age verification documents, such as a birth certificate or an age declaration affidavit, will be required during the application process.
