Admission Form Availability and Deadline:

The admission process starts from October 2nd to October 20th, 2023, between 8:30 am to 3:00 pm daily (excluding public holidays and weekends). It’s crucial to complete your application within this period, as late submissions will not be considered.

Venue and Registration Fees:

Registration is exclusively at the school’s main campus, and candidates will need to pay the following fees:

  • Indigenes: N14,000.00
  • Non-Indigenes: N16,000.00 These fees cover the application form, processing, Nursing and Midwifery Committee, and a customized file.

Admission Requirements:

To be eligible, applicants must provide original and two photocopies of the following:

  1. Recent color passport photographs
  2. Educational Certificate (FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB)
  3. Birth certificate or Age Declaration
  4. Certificate of Local Government of Origin
  5. Change of name document if applicable

Age Limit:

Prospective students must be between 17 and 35 years old when applying. Age verification documents like a birth certificate or an age declaration affidavit will be required.

Entrance Examination:

After submitting the application form, eligible candidates will undergo an entrance examination. This exam assesses applicants’ knowledge and aptitude for nursing.
