Admission Form Details:

Application Period: Commencing from Monday, 2nd October to Friday, 20th October 2023, aspiring candidates can obtain and submit their admission forms between 8:30 am to 3:00 pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays and weekends).

Late Submissions: Ensure your application is submitted before the deadline, as late applications will not be considered. Make sure to complete the process within the specified timeframe.

Registration Venue:

The registration process will take place exclusively at the school’s main campus.

Registration Fees:

  • Indigenes: N 14,000.00 (Including processing fee, Nursing and Midwifery Committee fee, and customized file fee)
  • Non-Indigenes: N 16,000.00 (Including processing fee, Nursing and Midwifery Committee fee, and customized file fee)

Admission Requirements:

To be eligible, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Original and two photocopies of recent color passport photographs
  • Educational Certificates (FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB)
  • Birth certificate or Age Declaration
  • Certificate of Local Government of Origin
  • Change of name documentation if applicable

Age Limit:

Prospective students should be at least 17 years old and not more than 35 years old before obtaining the admission form. Age verification documents, such as a birth certificate or an age declaration affidavit, will be required during the application process.

Entrance Examination:

After submitting the application form, eligible candidates will undergo an entrance examination designed to assess their knowledge and skills.
