Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for FUTA’s Post UTME, candidates must have chosen the Federal University of Technology, Akure as their first choice in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtained a minimum score of 180.

Cut Off Mark:

The announced cut-off mark for FUTA’s Post UTME for the 2024/2025 academic session is 180. This indicates the minimum score required for candidates to be considered for admission.

Application Procedure:

    • Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria are required to pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000 through the university’s portal: https://www.futa.edu.ng/.
    • Payment can be made online via Remita using debit cards (Visa, Verve, and Master Card) or by printing the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) slip and completing the payment at any listed commercial bank.

Submission of Credentials:

After completing the online application, candidates need to present the originals of the following documents at the screening centers:

    • O’ level results
    • JAMB result/acknowledgment slip
    • A’ level results, diploma, or IJMB (if applicable)
    • O’ level certificate/statement of result(s)
    • 2 Passport Photographs
    • Indigene letter
    • Certificate of birth/declaration of age These documents should be neatly packed in a quarto-size envelope and labeled with the candidate’s name, department, and JAMB registration number.
