Registration Fees:

  • Indigenes: N 14,000.00
  • Non-Indigenes: N 16,000.00
  • Processing fee: N 8,000.00
  • Nursing and Midwifery Committee: N 500.00
  • Customized file: N 500.00

1. Educational Qualifications:

  • Original and two photocopies of FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB certificates.
  • Recent color passport photographs.

  • Change of name documents if applicable.
