Admission Form Availability:

  • Eligible candidates can now purchase the admission form for the Basic Nursing and Midwifery programme for the 2023/2024 academic session.

Application Period:

  • The admission process is set to run from Monday, 2nd October to Friday, 20th October 2023. Make sure to complete your application between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm daily (excluding public holidays or weekends) to meet the specified deadline.

Venue for Registration:

  • Registration is only conducted at the school’s main campus.

Registration Fees:

  • Indigenes: N 14,000.00
  • Non-indigenes: N 16,000.00 (Includes processing fee, Nursing and Midwifery Committee fee, and customized file fee)

Admission Requirements:

  • Interested applicants must provide the following original and two photocopies each:
    • Recent color passport photographs
    • Educational Certificate (FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, OR NABTEB)
    • Birth certificate or Age Declaration
    • Certificate of Local Government of Origin
