- Submit your application between 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, excluding public holidays and weekends.

- Registration is exclusively at the school’s main campus.

- Indigenes: N 14,000.00
- Non-Indigenes: N 16,000.00
- Processing fee: N 8,000.00
- Nursing and Midwifery Committee: N 500.00

Admission Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Original and two photocopies of educational certificates (FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB).
- Recent color passport photographs.
- Birth certificate or Age Declaration.
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin.
- Change of name document if applicable.
Age Limit:
- Prospective students must be between 17 and 35 years old at the time of application.
