Police arrests operators of baby factory where men are hired to impregnate girls in Ogun

Two ladies, Christiana D’ivoire Iyama and Margaret Ogwu, had been detained by Ogun State police for working a child manufacturing facility. The facility at No. 4 on Ibrahim Famuyiwa Street, Agbado within the Ifo LGA, was raided by the police, News Central TV reports.

This data was revealed in a statement made accessible to journalists on Monday by the state’s police spokesman, Abimbola Oyeyemi.

According to him, the suspects had been apprehended after police at the Agbado Division obtained information that the primary suspect was operating a child manufacturing facility where she housed ladies and recruited men to impregnate them.

He clarified that after giving birth, the girl would seize possession of the kids and promote them to her eager clients for N400,000 each.

Oyeyemi said;

“Preliminary investigation revealed that Margaret Ogwu was one the ladies harboured by Christiana D’ivoire who employed the providers of a person to impregnate her and picked up the kid on supply, which she offered on the fee of N400,000 to certainly one of her clients.”

The police spokesman additional mentioned Christiana D’ivoire confessed that “she has offered as much as three kids from completely different girls to her clients.”

It’s pertinent to say that Ogun State, through the years, is notorious for habouring child factories where kids are birthed and sold. Two years in the past, a Pregnant Woman revealed how she escaped from a ‘child manufacturing facility’ where the owner imprisoned young ladies and ran an unlawful business at the facility.

The ‘baby-making’ home was situated at the Imedu Olori area of Mowe in Obafemi Owode Local Government Area of Ogun State.
